All of the materials going into our pieces are only the highest quality. When combined with the level of craftmanship which Chuck demands of himself, these items are heirlooms that will last for many years.
Return Policy
Terrene Creations unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund if the return is received within 30 days. Terrene Creations does not accept returns of Special Order merchandise.
If you need to return an item for any reason, call 503-874-9862. Then repackage the product in the original shipping material we used to ship it to you. Be sure to remove or cover the label that was used to ship the merchandise to you.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We always stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied simply return your purchase in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. No questions asked! In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged we will certainly replace it immediately at no extra cost to you (we will pay all shipping charges).
Lay-away plan
We offer a free lay-away plan. With a 25% deposit at the time or order, we will hold the item on lay-away for up to 90 days, with no interest or carrying charges. Items will be shipped within three (3) business days of certified completion of payment. If final payment is not made within 90 days of the initial deposit, the initial deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 handling fee, and the item will be made available to the public. If the item is a custom order, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
Shipping and Handling
Items will be shipped within three (3) business days of certified payment.
Shipping, expert packing, and handling charges are not include in the price.
Normal shipping is via UPS Ground, however we can ship other methods - anything other than UPS will add $15 to the handling fee.
Normal packaging is $6.00 per item.
All items will be shipped fully insured.
If the item is not in stock, you will be notified within three (3) business days, and given options, including a complete refund.

Payment
Payment can be made via cashiers check, money order, personal check, PayPal, MasterCard or Visa.
Items will be held for 10 days for personal checks to clear prior to shipping.
All other payment methods will ship within three (3) business days.
If the item is not in stock, you will be notified within three (3) business days, and given options, including a complete refund.
